Recognize this part?

Short story I was using a nailer in the house and had the air hose under a couple of cars. In was flat but when I wound it up I found this part

I’m thinking it’s off the Z but not damaged, no part number but does have a small foam filter in it

Have not jacked up the car yet, too tired from the flooring project

Thanks Dave ,!!! Bingo you hit it right on the mark. Must have vibrated off the compressor. You sure saved me jacking up the car and crawling under there, or maybe a couple of cars!!!! Never would have thought about the compressor and it was in the back sort of hard to find
