Made one of our first build purchase from Katech today and it was a great experience. Our Katech rep (Brad) was extremely
knowledgeable/helpful and easy to work with. Received updates on our purchase as well as same day shipping and UPS tracking info without requesting it.
We appreciate that they immediately notify you if a part is on backorder and not after you make the purchase and it's charged on your credit card.

So far, so good!

Glad to hear that you were happy with Brad. He's helping me out with sales and it's been a great help so I can focus on quoting projects/engines and doing marketing/social media/Youtube as well as traveling. It's so busy this spring we could probably even use a third sales person.

I'm also glad you like our online store process. We've got that set up to send automatic tracking emails and other notifications. It really helps the customer communication and reduces calls for simple things like tracking numbers.

Our tuner ordered a majority of the parts direct. We ordered valve covers, wire, coil relocation, plugs, etc.
