Katech Purchase

Made one of our first build purchase from Katech today and it was a great experience. Our Katech rep (Brad) was extremely
knowledgeable/helpful and easy to work with. Received updates on our purchase as well as same day shipping and UPS tracking info without requesting it.
We appreciate that they immediately notify you if a part is on backorder and not after you make the purchase and it's charged on your credit card.

So far, so good!

I'm also glad you like our online store process. We've got that set up to send automatic tracking emails and other notifications. It really helps the customer communication and reduces calls for simple things like tracking numbers.

I've spoke to brad and Jason, both were VERY helpful!!

I picked up their 103 TB, going back to the dyno at the end of next week to dial it in...

Our Katech order arrived only two days after it was placed. It was packaged perfectly and everything looks great. We look forward to our next Katech purchase.
