What kind of supporting mods would a stock Z need to run an
F1-X procharger to make around 1,000whp?

that sounds about right, I can look it up but maybe you know, have any idea about the cost of all those parts and do you have any preference? Or brands or companies

cam, headers, meth would do it. for 1k rwhp I would run an f1a94 myself. f1x is what we do for 1200+rwhp

If you're looking for someone to do the build let me know.

thank you! I’m still pretty young I’m 15 1/2 so I still have ways to go but this is like my dream build like the one I wanna build and not sell, I’m starting to save up for the car at the moment, but that is my ultimate car build, I so lost of reasearch for this. But is there a way you could put a price on the part’s excluding the car? So I can get an idea on how much in total I would need? Thanks.

Wow you're young. And even if you did save enough cash to buy a C7Z and the mods you want, I would highly recommend you do NOT have 1000+ RWHP car until you have many years on the road. A stock 650 HP stock C7 Z is way too much zip for a novice driver. Not to hate, but I'm just speaking from experience. I had what you are wishing for here (for the times), and it's not a good idea. A little lapse of judgement, a little pier pressure and you're doing 140 MPH and either killing yourself, someone else, or just getting a massive ticket and ruining your driving record for the rest of your life.

To answer your question...An F1A-94 will make 1000 to the tire with a Heads/Cam/Meth/Fuel and other supporting parts, an F1X will make 1050 or 1200 depending on pulleys, fueling, etc.

I'd put a minimum of $20,000 on a ProCharged C7Z build. And you're going to break stuff or need to replace stuff, so throw in a few grand a year in maintenance alone. Insurance at any age under 30+ is going to be astronomical, especially if you get into trouble with the car.

If I were you, I'd go look at a C5 MAYBE or another LS1 car and start with that. Keep your record clean, don't ever let your judgement lapse.

Thank you very much! Really! But I know not to be stupid and I won’t let peer pressure get to me, I’ve been over that a lot with myself. I tell myself not to do stuff like that until I know what I’m doing and there’s no one around. But also this build definitely won’t be for a long time it won’t be happening anytime soon. And I would want to wait and get used to the stock 650 before bumping it up at all. To build a C7Z has been a dream for a while and I’m just trying to obtain the knowledge and the resources to know what to do later on and so I know what would be good parts to use. It’s like the planning/ saving up stage. But really thank you, I won’t let my judgment get the best of me.
