Terrible! I guess they don't need the business.

Wow, just wow. What horrible customer service. I was planning on ordering a set of these too, guess I'll wait for another vendor to make them.

Glad to have seen this thread because I was just about to drop the hammer on a set of lights for my C6.

I'll never buy anything from them. Thanks for the heads up OP. I'd dispute the charge with your credit card if I were you.
Amazing how some of these places stay in business.

Update...
I was told by Oracle that because I was unhappy with their "fix", they would send me a replacement sidemarker.
I was told it would be 2-3 weeks before I would have the new sidemarker.
...It's been 2 months.

Now they're telling me that there is some delay with their painter. This company is unbelievable. BS on top of BS.

Almost bought a set this week despite the known fitment issue. Will now stay away. Good luck to you.

Problems with vendors like this remind me that my $400 will be better spent elsewhere.

They're trying to save $50 or whatever their cost is for replacing the 1 marker and don't realize they lost a bunch of customers that saw this thread.

Thought I'd report that I *did* receive a replacement reflector today! So for those of you who have also received non-working reflectors...there is hope!

So...5 months after my original order, and after I had to pay return shipping for a defective product... I finally have a working set of reflectors. They do look great, just beware of the nightmare you will be in for if you receive a non-working item, (which I know a few others here have received). They are pleasant and apologetic, (Katelynn Larrabee @ Oracle), it just seems to take forever. And whatever you do, if you receive a non-working reflector, do *not* agree to a repair.

A simple "we're sorry" 5 months ago that you received a defective part and that a replacement was being shipped would have been nice. The shoddy workmanship on your original marker light still leaves me shaking my head. Seriously? You spent $400 on lights and that's their fix? I'm glad that you finally have a working product.

Well crap, I saw a set of these on a C7Z that came into the shop yesterday and I was all excited to buy some this morning and then I saw this thread. I really like how they looked but I'm not spending $400+ for something that looks like it will probably fail and then I have to deal with this company.

That sucks !!!
I just had my card charged for a full set (AMEX), then was informed approx 4-6 weeks for delivery. If I wait that long and have an issue, I’ll light this forum up an then have AMEX return my $$$.
Can’t believe Oracle hasn’t chimed in here.

After 6 months of waiting for my replacement light, I received it yesterday. Guess what?? It's not working! Needless to say I am not happy.

I will not wait another 6 months for another replacement. Will be talking to Oracle tomorrow!
