Default Dyno pull

I just traded my C6 GS for the 16 Z about 3 weeks ago. Even though the dealership didn't mention the car had any mods I noticed it had a Halltech stinger air intake and a grip tech upper pulley. So I've been curious what the car would do on a dyno. Took it today to a local tuner just to do a pull and see. Car put 606 HP to the wheels and made 671 ft lbs of torque. So he downloaded the current tune and did some comparisons and thinks the car has been tuned. The car was a pre owned certified and has less than 4K miles on it so it came with a 4yr bumper to bumper and a 6yr power train warranty. So now I'm curious if I do need the warranty and they claim the car has been turned does the ECU log or time stamp when the new tune was uploaded so I can prove tune was done before I bought it? Would appreciate any knowledge on this. Below is dyno sheet. Thanks
