Replace Back Up Cameras An Option?

I know that they've upgraded the back up cameras to a higher resolution version on the 17 or 18's and up - Does anyone know if this would be an easy swap / anyone tried? I had a 2014 Silverado and recently traded it for a 2018 GMC truck and the difference was significant. Now, when I'm in my Z it looks so grainy...was hoping to change out? Anyone down this / thought about attempting?
