The 27 bolts are 20 ft. lbs. (27 metric), the 2 large bolts are 74 ft. lb. (100 metric). The 2 large bolts shouldn't be removed, only loosened enough to slide the plate enough to drop plate (they have large hole, then a slot). They help hold the plate while removing the 27 bolts & help hold the plate in place while re-installing the 27 bolts.
