Default Coolant Question

How often do you guys change your coolant say you drive 80% Street and 20% Track (Road Course) over the course of the year?

Have any of you noticed low coolant levels low post - track days?

I change it based on GM's recommendations which is 5 years/150K miles. No need to do more often. I have been doing that with all of the Dexcool cars I have owned for the last 21 years with no issues. My 2003 Tahoe Tow vehicle just had its coolant changed for the third time this year and it still has all of the OEM hoses.

I have been tracking my 15Z for 3 seasons with about 35% track usage. I did have low coolant one time and topped it off and the issue hasn't come back. I didn't find any leaks that would have caused the level to drop. Since I topped it off the level has remained constant.
