You may check with a vendor such as racingbrake.com (although speaking with him is a bit difficult to understand at times.) I'm not aware of anyone mainstream makes a steel to carbon conversion. Wilwood has carbon-ceramic rotors in an Aero6 kit that I believe could work with a C7. You probably already know, but the ABS module could end up doing some funky things once you change the pads/rotors.

It doesn’t really exist. You will need to convert to the c7 carbon brake or upgrade to the AP racing setup which also saves a lot of weight over stock. I’m selling a set with new rotors FYI.

There is a company in PA that makes titanium rotors that are ceramic coated. They made versions for C5 (and I think C6) and are for use on race or street. Cheaper then full CCBs and the rotors can be recoated a couple of times if memory is correct. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the company name, but they did provide brakes for circle and NASCAR.

I assume this is like the new Porsche "Surface Coated Brakes" which are actually Tungsten-Carbide Coated. They look pretty spectacular as they are almost a mirror finish. They are supposedly the in between for the stock iron brakes and PCCBs.

That Wilwood kit with the ceramic rotors is pretty costly. The GM stock calipers/rotors/pads purchased from discount parts suppliers may be competitive in price. The only issue anybody doing the conversion from base Z06 brakes to CCM brakes is the car wouldn't have the wiring for the brake wear sensors used by the pads for the CCM setup.
