What is the most HP level.....

Depends on the cam. They cost a lot for the install. Plus I don't want to try it at home.
So I work with the mods I can do . I'm shooting for the 800-850 range on pump premium.
I was able to hit 673 rwhp which is near 800 crank tuning the first build now I'm going in again with the second and having a little retuning done for a port matched 95tb. Hope to clear 700 rwhp on both builds.
On 92 octane e-10.

Who needs a cam, much more cost effective ways to fuel big power and create growth potential

I haven't seen anyone do a cam by itself. Most are building the heads, doing a cam, changing out a pulley at the same time. So finding your answer for just a came might be very difficult.

I believe the question is where does low side fuel fall off regardless of mods.
With a SC IMO that would be around 750-770 with E40 and 760-800 on E93-100. Of course using meth as fuel could change that BUT that is a dangerous slope IMO.
With a Turbo we lost low side at 5750RPM and 844whp/790wtq but that is a much more efficient boost source

No, the octane rating of the fuel or use of E85 is what allows the power production. If you do not have Ethanol available then high octane fuel would be needed to make this kind of power. We are running the car again after spring/pushrod/trunion upgrade and will turn it all the way to 6500RPM in cooler weather. Should make 1100rwhp/1050rwtq in cooler temperatures 65-75 degrees on FULL pump E85 (70%E)
BTW the spring/PR/Trunion kit is all part of the EV1150 turn key package. Find E85 stations here https://www.afdc.energy.gov/fuels/et...arest?fuel=E85
