Has anyone ever seen this or had a problem related to it: I started up my 18' ZO6 and started driving when I noticed two indicator lights in the upper right-hand corner of the instrument cluster. One was a TC with a line through it, the second a parking light with a wrench symbol below it. The traction control was off even though the car showed it was in sport mode? I checked the brake fluid when I got home, seemed fine. Weird. Note: while I was driving, I pushed the traction control button down and both lights went out. They did not come back on at that time. Thoughts?

From Page 112 of the 2018 OM:
Service Electric Parking Brake Light
The service electric parking brake light should come on briefly when starting the vehicle. If it does not come on, have the vehicle serviced by your dealer. If this light stays on, there is a problem with a system on the vehicle that is causing the parking brake system to work at a reduced level. The vehicle can still be driven, but should be taken to a dealer as soon as possible. See Electric Parking Brake P190. A message may also display in the Driver Information Center (DIC).
From Page 113 of the 2018 OM:
Traction Off Light
This light comes on briefly while starting the engine. If it does not, have the vehicle serviced by your dealer. If the system is working normally, the indicator light then turns off. The traction off light comes on when the Traction Control System (TCS) has been turned off by pressing and releasing the TCS/Stability Control button. This light and the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) OFF light come on when ESC is turned off. If the TCS is off, wheel spin is not limited. Adjust driving accordingly. See Traction Control/Electronic Stability Control P192.
Brake fluid doesn't have anything to do with these two lights if they are lit when they aren't supposed to be lit.

M7 by chance? I ask because I was driving mine today and noticed the TC off light was on. I turned it back on and noticed later it was on again. Then it hit me. After shifting, I was resting my arm on the console, and guess where it was landing. Yep. On the TC on/off switch.I was inadvertently turning it off. May not be your situation, but this what was happening to me today.
Hopefully, this is what your issue is, and not anything serious.
Thanks for the replys. It's an auto and both lights were on at the same time. The one signified the the traction control was off. As far as the parking brake goes, I've never used it. If it's operating on its own at a reduced level, that's odd and will have to be checked. But without it repeating itself, the dealer won't be able to duplicate the prob.
