AFM problem

AFM problem
Last week when I installed the AFM my battery almost dead then when I started driving the car it stuck in 4th gear I had to pulled over stop shut off the car and pulled out the AFM.What can i do beside not using the AFM?

I believe the Range can tell you what firmware is installed by counting #of flashes when it powers up. I would imagine the instructions for finding what is installed on yours is on their website also.

Did you buy it direct from Range or from Amazon? The Amazon ones are usually not up to date on the firmware.
