I should have said NT05R's. This is what I am going to run in a 345 X 30 X 19. Everything is a compromise and since I already have the 12 X 19 rear rims I feel this is the best compromise for the street and drag strip. These are rated for 168 MPH so I guess I will just skip the 1/2 miles and stick to 1/4 miles in 2019. Thanks for sharing your experience Nic.

I ran NT-05s (not Rs, also rated at 168 MPH) at Mojave Mile on my stock C6Z at and ran 173+, they would tech them to 180 or even 200, for the short run. The 168 is a continuous speed rating.

At Gila Bend, the first time I ran my MT ET SS 325/30-19s at 30 PSI, the car got very unstable at 140+. My last two runs I aired them down to 23/24 PSI and they were stable with no issues up to 165.
