Just curious as to what other GLITCHES folks have experienced that can't be explained. Here's mine from yesterday. 67*, head to town with top off (YEAH). Car is in PTM Mode Sport 1 (which is 90% of the time), steering is set as always to Track in Driving Mode. Noticed IMMEDIATELY the steering is very light & twitchy. Scroll to Driving Mode, Steering-Hmm it's in Track as always. Ran couple of errands & steering still light/twitchy. On way home on open stretch, I have couple of spots I love to do this, I downshift to 2nd (M7) at 55 mph & make a WOT pull to 90 mph to 3rd. Engine makes the old BLATTTTTT sound saying engine power is being pulled/timing pulled, whatever, some of you have heard this, especially Track Rats. Speed is noticeably slower to accelerate to 90 mph. WTH? Did it twice to verify. Anyhow, today another very nice day but 12* cooler (top stayed on). Steering is fine, doing the 2nd gear pulls as yesterday-FINE! WTH? Anyhow this is first of either of these Gremlins popping up so I guess life goes on & only the one day, then back to NORMAL. Had car 2 1/2 yrs, drive it very hard when SAFE/PRUDENT, so I always sense it when anything is off, like couple of times I had to fill up with 91 Octane & could tell acceleration was different till ran that empty & filled up with 93 Octane. It was so bad 2nd time I poured in extra dose of Octane Booster product cause couldn't stand to wait after first experience. Thanks for bearing with me. Anyone else want to share their experience or hypothesize why my "temporary" problem popped up?

2020 Corvette of the Year Finalist (track prepared)
C3 of Year Winner (track prepared) 2019
Check engine light flashing (or on) during any of this? Could be any number of reasons but a code would certainly help pinpoint it. Otherwise you are just guessing. A datalog would certainly help as well. I assume this car is stock and not tuned or modified?
Yes stock & no codes, no CEL. I have a code reader so I guess it won’t hurt to check even though no lites.PS: Mainly just curious about other people’s “What the heck” just happened stories.
