They are juveniles so will get a slap on the wrist. The parents probably don't have a pot to **** in, so you can't bleed a stone. So, insurance will cover the damage, leading to increase rates for you and I. God Bless America..

Should lock them up in a juvenile facility and then when they turn 18 let them spend a few more years in prison.

Kids have always done stupid things the problem here is that they got to do a lot more damage than they usually can. When I was a kid I did stupid stuff too. These kids should have to make some sort of restitution to the insurance company, and most likely the parents will be the ones on the hook for that. Putting these kids in jail would be stupid....just cost us the money to feed and house them and they get a first class education in real crime. When ever possible the best solution is keep the kids out of prison, unless they are violent. Property damage is not worth the cost of creating a true criminal or the expense of jailing them.

community service until their 21 I would reccomend. and no license until then either.
