We sell and install Texas Speed headers. Their C7 system is very nice. The fitment is great with no issues there. If you keep your factory mufflers you won't run into any drone. Only down fall is they don't have o2 bungs for the rear o2 sensors (not needed), so you will need to leave those out and have them tuned out. Or you can have someone weld them in for you, it wouldn't cost much. We usually charge $50
Kooks, ARH and I'll throw Stainless Works in the ring with them use premium 304 stainless steel and they are built in the USA. All three have a lifetime warranty and superior weld quality. Is it worth spending the extra money on a higher quality product? That's up to you. The value is there and they offer the most bang for your buck.
The reason I am asking is the exhaust gases from the LT4 manifold exit at 1950' which is ridiculously hot. I want to invest in a header system that can manage that kind of heat. I will plan to have the headers Jet Hot coated of course.
