Exhaust flaps

Anyone face this? Intermittent opening of the flaps while idling in tour mode.

I installed a Mild to Wild kit so I could start with the pipes open. Love it! Not any way near the noise level of my Harley. Neighbors have gotten use to me

Would like to know why mine act up like they do, decide to open when they are suppose to be closed , even while idling in tour.

Just pull the fuse and leave them open all the time. It’s really not that loud.

is the c7 vacuum operated like the c6 was? I havent investigated mine enough.

If yes, you probably have a vacuum leak either in a line or an actuator.

I am tuned, idle is up by 25 or 50 rpms. The strange behavior isn’t only at idle.
