I don't know if I'm doing it wrong OR I have a problem to get fixed at dealer.
>>When I go into track screen I see only 3 gauges...I then ADD the 4th gauge.
Once I shot off the car then restart, the track screen goes back to show only 3 gauges
Is there a save as option I don't know about? only 3 gauges at restart then I add the 4th (bottom left hand corner)
It’s the coolant gauge that always disappears from the display once the car is turned off. I have the same problem with no conclusive solution (as far as I can tell from posing the same question on here)

mine did it too. I would program in 4 gauges . Then the dash would mysteriously only display 3. Then it has stopped doing it just as mysteriously. It seems to have stopped doing it after my last oil change. Don’t know if the tech applied a software update. Nothing was stated on my service ticket other then oil and filter change with Mobil 1 5-30. Mine is a 2017 with m7 and pdr 2lz.
What years are your cars?

A bit off topic of a bug in the dashboard —- I find the most useful configuration is tour with coolant temp , oil temp, oil pressure ,voltage and tire pressure ok - displayed vertically next to the tach. Otherwise all the other configurations are too hard to read and too tedious to program in because you forget the programming sequence because it’s used so infrequently. An old school analog dash set up with an speedometer that’s view isn’t blocked is superior in my opinion then the top gun jet fighter Disney land approach.
The heads up display is nice and makes up for the screwball dashboard.

This is what I have the dash mode set to for the settings. I found someone on YouTube posted how to get this as your default setting. The manual is worthless to figure this out . If I want to modify the dash setting having not done it For a while I go to YouTube on my iPhone to find something someone has posted. It’s a ridiculous set up

That would be the tour display. I like the track display as it reminds me of my s2000 display. I just wish the 2019 display could be added to the older cars as an update....
Just tried the set up shown in the first post and was surprised to see my water temp at 100. When I had the sport mode tach the pocket gauge read the usual 190 or so. The gauge in post 1 does go to 300 so I expected to see the indicator line in the middle of the range.

This setup is really great. Found the youtube video on how to set it up and it is quite easy. Select Tour as the default screen and then choose Performance to get the guages on the right. For all of those wanting digital vs. analog for engine and oil temps it is perfect.
