Very interesting. I always see it quoted at a much higher weight.
wikipedia page says
"3,347 lb (1,518 kg) (Base)
3,444 lb (1,562 kg) (Z51)
3,523 lb (1,598 kg) (Z06)
3,560 lb (1,615 kg) (ZR1)"
I have a 1LZ with comp seats, swapped wheels for the GS Cup wheels, switched for the slightly lighter NX lid and I have the catless borla x pipe. Within a week I'll swap the stock exhaust for a BB bullets. I was also on the lower side for fuel which accounts for a lot of this but on a full tank this still puts me at low-mid 3400s.

That's about 100 pounds lighter than any other one I've seen. Maybe those certified scales are only accurate with another 50k worth of weight on them. The lightest C7 Z that I've weighed was 3,405 and that a 1LZ manual car with a nearly empty fuel tank. Every other one has been 3,440-3,525 with fuel.
Its a tractor scale, it is not accurate for light weights, and even though they claim they are, its just marketing. It is very difficult to keep them dialed in, and keep in mind, they are only supposed to be accurate to 200lbs, as they are trying to keep grain trucks other heavy loads from exceeding 80k or even 100k lbs so that the roads don't bow/crown under the weight of each wheel.
