I have windows 7
No Google account (and don't want one)
No Chrome (ditto)
Just would like to upload a video or two from my device.

get a youtube account, put it up there. Then put the link here. This website is not worth messing with IMO

Since Google owns YouTube he will automatically get a Google Account as soon as he joins YouTube. There are other video hosting sites but I don't know which ones will work with the forum software. Do a search on video hosting sites and give a few a try. Vimeo Free limits uploads to something like 500MB per week so you won't get a long duration video hosted. More like a few minutes Vs the typical 20 minutes of an HPDE session.

I would say e-mail to someone and they can upload it but not many e-mail services allow files to be sent over 25mb in size.
Why don't you just create a burner google account? You could upload to google drive or youtube afterwards.
