I've seen some of the fast lap threads and I has me wondering. Do people ever share their PDR files? I'm stuck at about 1:42 laps at Barber and am Interested in looking at someone running faster laps' PDR data in the Cosworth Toolbox.
What really got me thinking along these lines is going on the instructor's lap at Spring Mountain and subsequently analyzing that data, seeing what the car can do, etc.... This was invaluable in me becoming a better driver. When i compare my fast laps from session to session it's insane how much of a creature of habit I am. Some laps hardly have any difference whatsoever. So, maybe I should apex a little earlier/later, maybe i should brake a little later/earlier & smoother, the possibilities are endless. I seem to be stuck & would be curious checking out someone's faster laps. I understand, if they are a great driver I can't just go out there and do it. I'm just curious what I can change to squeeze a bit more out of the car.
Anyways, if someone out there has a sub 1:40 lap on PDR at Barber, I'd love to check it out.
I've had a number of folks send me PDR file to look at. I'm happy to look at yours but I'm a bit slammed at the moment. I have a bunch of videos on my site that walk you through how to improve by comparing your own data. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCDS...IkweraNN2199tg www.hipodriver.com

Awesome, thanks for the reply. I've watched a number of your "why did I crash" videos and they are extremely helpful. I'm busy too trying to remodel two houses, one to move to, the other to move from/sell. I checked out the site real fast and it looks really nice. I'll take a deeper dive as soon as I can. Thanks for your help.
