Engine tuning tutorial?
Can someone point me to where I can make sense of tuning? I think I've got the suspension tuning figured out, but the whole "credits" with certain tune devices, etc. is confusing? I have to pay for the device, then pay to play with it on my car?
And if I take it somewhere to be tuned, say, if I had someone mod the car, then are they just selling me a single tune?
I like to work on the car, I like installing things myself, like a new supercharger, and I recognize a tune is necessary with such mods. I want to be able to tweak things if I need to myself, but I also know from experience that a solid baseline from a skilled and experienced tuner is the way to start (used to race motorcycles).
