What is it with the memory seat/column/mirror function? It's a 2019 ZO6 2LZ auto. Some times it works and sometimes it doesn't. I've cleared it numerous times and reset it. I'm completely at a loss here. Just when you think I got it right, I start the car and nothing adjusts, or I turn it off, open the door and nothing happens. What the heck. My 2009 Envoy works perfectly and this $90,000.00 Vette drives me NUTS!
Try reading this document. It details conditions for memory recall, easy exit, supervised, and unsupervised movements. For an auto, the seat must not be back all the way against the bulkhead limit switch, seat back must be latched, ignition on, and trans in park. Manuals must have parking brake set. If conditions are met memory recall will work and a momentary push of the #1 or #2 button will recall positions (unsupervised). Otherwise, you need to hold the #1 or #2 memory button (supervised).
So - if you shift out of park before the seat, steering wheel, and mirrors have moved fully - they will stop and you will need to hold the appropriate button. For a manual, movements stop if you release the parking brake before memory positions are attained.
Thank you RonC7. Fantastic. I think I found the issue. I have the easy exit seat going completely back against the bulkhead. Engaging the switch. I'll adjust it a bit forward and see it that works, tomorrow. Great documentation. I'm going to print it for future reference and put it in my manual.
I appreciate your time and effort and I'll keep you posted. Thanks again.

Don
