Default New Z06 question

In unpacking all the stuff that came with my car I came across a large plastic bag with a lot of duct work. It appears it’s brake ducts that we’re not installed at the dealership or factory. My guess is at the dealership.
My question is since I’m not planning on tracking the car is it worth the time and effort to install them?
Thanks in advance.

With no intention of tracking i would just set them aside for when you sell or trade in at a later date. Absolutely no need for them on a street only car.

Thanks, that’s what I thought.

Default Ducts

Ditto; mine are still in the bag in the shed. When I trade the car in (nice auto ZL1 1LE has caught my eye), I'll put in in the trunk.

The stuff is to be installed if you track the car. The dealer doesn’t install these.

If you plan on doing any track events you'll need to install the brake duct kit, but for street use you won't need them. Depending on the Aero package your car has, there will also be either Stage 2 or Stage 3 front end caps and if you're Stage 3 you will also have the clear center section for the rear spoiler and you can either install it or leave it off. If you have the standard Stage 1 Aero, you won't get the end caps or center section. Any Aero package Stage 2 or Stage 3 is not installed at the factory, but shipped with the car to be installed by the Dealer on delivery, my Dealer called me when my car came in and asked which end caps I wanted installed and if I wanted the center section installed. If you don't plan on tracking, you won't need the brake duct kit, either keep it in the packaging or you could probably sell it.
