Solid transmission mounts

hey boys,
how do we feel about solid transmission mounts on an m7?
I feel my car is too jerky with oem mounts- theres too much play when shifting gears at times.

anyone have solid tranny mounts? opinions? thoughts?

damn. nothing?

i cant be the only one that doesnt like that loose/jerky feeling coming from the transmission.
im not seeing any options for solid tranny mounts though.....

Any solid mounts for the transmission would put huge strain on the torque tube. The only way you could do solid trans mounts would be to also do solid motor mounts.....otherwise you would be looking at big trouble. Even with solid motor mounts there would be nothing to deal with any misalignment.

it's a rear mounted trans, depending on what you're comparing it to, solid mounts may do nothing more than make your car vibrate.
