Cruising temps in the z06 not bad for 100* out

I have a Katech 174 in my 2017 which is stock. Down the highway at 70-80 it averages about 178 in warmer weather, a bit less when colder. In traffic it goes to whatever the cooling system can limit the temp to since the stat is wide open. I haven't changes the fan control settings.

you buy a summit racing tstat. then you pull your OEM one, you press the bulb out of both (use 2 sockets to lightly tap it out, very easy), then bend the edges of the hole in so that it holds the smaller 170 tstat and insert the 170 tstat bulb.

done this on both my z51 and z06.
