My new Z06...YES!!!
Hi Gents, Just laid down a deposit so assuming my PPI goes okay I will pick her up Friday. Pretty excited. I had a '65 Roadster 396/425 HP back in the day but haven't paid much attention to vettes in the intervening years but I just love this 2016 white Z06 vert 3LZ...she looks so elegant and the 650 HP doesn't hurt her cause either. I've attached a pic of my old 997 TT (2007 911 Turbo) too, loved that car but we parted ways last year. Funny that I did not care for the 911 cabriolet (convertible) but love how the C7 Z06 vert looks, but really don't care for the vette coupe. Anyway looking forward to kickin it with you Corvette guys
going forward.
going forward.

Thanks so much for your comments...yes I agree, I think that's what caught my eye; I love the white painted bits and the black wheels with yellow calipers and the Kalahari top and interior. Definitely not the typical C7 look...to be frank some of the typical colors/options are a bit too Boy Racer for me, haha, I'm an old Engineer so pretty past that. Anyway, again, thanx for the comments.

Congrats. I really like your new Z06. I strongly considered the body-color vents, but in the end went with Shark Gray on my 2019 coupe.
Like your older Porsche as well. I've owned Porsches in the past and they are great cars, however I like the Corvette crowd better.
Arctic White wears well on the C7 platform!

Thanks and your grey side vents look great too...I think the all white painted body bits is what really attracted me to this car...just love the look. BTW, Florida? I see palm trees, live oaks and magnolias?

Yeah I still lay awake some nites wondering why I didn't keep my 997 TT...I had about $75K in engine/suspension/drive train work...750HP 6 MT, she was a beast and required precision and near pro level reflexes to drive her at the limit...truth be told I think I probably built her outside my limit to maintain, but I'm an Engineer and it was fun, but EXPENSIVE, haha. I'm looking forward to the 8 speed auto and keeping everything OEM with this one...plus I think I am now at the age that a vert is perfect for rolling down A1A here in Cocoa Beach, like an Astronaut...lol.

Thanx Dude and your yellow Z looks awesome...hard to beat black and yellow, though I must say I like how the yellow calipers pop more on a white car....had it been me I would have considered red calipers on a yellow car, noticed that on a Ferrari years ago (not mine, unfortunately!)...my 2 cents anywho, as the old saying goes Beauty is in the Eye...regardless your Vert Z looks damn nice Sir.
