Need new wheels
17 Z06...
looking at oem Zr1 in satin, or maybe for forgeline
not very knowledgeable on what the market offers.
Heard the Zr1 wheels are forged...
what do I do?
daily driver, not perfect, but not disastrous streets... lots of highways with expansion joints.
Only have one shot to do this. So it needs to be a universal wheel, occasionally a track day or two but predominantly street drive. (A lot).

ZR1 wheels are very heavy; 29-30 lbs?
Forgelines are great wheels, but B.C. Forged, Signature, etc. are also fully forged wheels, and will be at a fraction of what Forgelines cost. They weigh 21-23 lbs.

Khoa at Signature Forged or Gerry if you want to do Forgelines, they are both great guys to take care of you. I would tell you to reach out to both so you are educated about wheels, lots of differences and you absolutely get what you pay for. Especially if you want to save a few bucks.

These forged signature sv501 were for my 17 Z06. I sold it with my stock wheels a week after buying this set up. Won’t find a more perfect set of wheels with nearly new tires. Pm me if you’re interested
