Upgraded to @C7 Carbon Stage 2 Splitter, Full Side Skirts, and Wheel Spats; along with @ACS Composite Extended Splash Guards. Admittedly, drilling rivets out of the brand new car that still had only 5 miles on it was a little disconcerting.
Took the opportunity to install a CAGS / Skip Shift eliminator harness as well, so I'll never experience the stupidity being forced to shift from 1st to 4th.
Paint Correction, XPEL Ultimate Plus PPF, Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra and EXO Ceramic Coat, and XPEL Prime XR Plus Window Tint.

Looks awesome @NortonCO ! That 3M tape is the bomb...but you only get one chance to get it right!
I have the Crystal Serum Ultra on mine -- fantastic stuff, you'll enjoy it. Did you put the ceramic coating over the Xpel film?
And good move on the skip shift eliminator. That would absolutely drive me nuts!

Big improvement! I changed out the side skirts and splitter as well. I had MacMulkin do the Expel clear bra at their dealership. Where did you have your clear bra installed in Colorado Springs? Wasn't aware of anyone who does Expel in the Springs. Need to have my side shirts and splitter done. Just reached the 500 mile mark yesterday and had the oil changed and went on a cruise. Forgot how much power these cars have, what a monster!

Thanks for the kind words, guys!
I used a combination of the original screws/bolts, plastic push pins (instead of rivets), and the 3M tape to install the new parts, all of which seem firmly atchd.
Yes. Paint was corrected, PPF installed, and CSU (topped with EXO) was applied. I went with the same CSU+EXO combo on my '13 GT500 two years ago, and remain happy with it. (Couldn't decide how to mix PPF with its satin black stripes, so the absence of a decision became one and the Shelby didn't get PPF.)
I'm a bit biased, but that's a beautiful car! Your upgraded aero and wheels look great! Pro Auto Spa installed the XPEL and Gtechniq ceramic coat on mine.
Congrats on hitting the 500-mile mark! Had mine out for a (~130 mile) "mental heath" cruise to the grocery store last weekend, but I've still got ~300 miles before the first oil change. Very enjoyable as-is, but look forward to the increased fun factor I experienced at Spring Mountain.

Thanks, I just submitted a request for a quote to them on Expel install. May have the windows tinted as well. If you ever want to become a member of the Colorado Springs Corvette Club. I'd be glad to sponsor you! Regards, Tad

She reached the 500-mile mark and I did the initial oil change back in April. (Lots more fun with the full tach available.) Had a proactive front-end alignment done, to ensure it was correct (which it wasn't). Changed the transmission fluid and differential lubricant last weekend, at a little over 1500 miles.
I was already tired of cleaning the stock Z06 wheels, and wanted a set of 10-Blade Z06 wheels, but have read/heard too many reports of OEM wheels bending/cracking. Went with a set of HRE RS207M wheels from @hazer396. Had them powdercoated in (a close approximation of) Carbon Flash and ceramic coated at Pro Auto Spa.
Need to clean it up, but finally got them installed today...

Weather finally permitted waking the fun cars from their hibernation, so I started making my way thru the pile of mods collected thru the winter months.. Spent the day working on the C7Z...
Shout out to @ERIKZ06 for a great S/C lid and @LT4CMG for torque wrench and torque spec tips that were invaluable, along with Deadbrand Designs for an updated Build Plaque (with a corrected Build Date I finally received).
Install was straightforward. S/C whine is more audible. Looking at high-temp Z06 decals to "finish" it.
MGW shifter is a HUGE upgrade over the stock assembly.
Took the opportunity to add a Z06 Console Lid too.

Mod on, @NortonCO ! Love the MGWs. How's the Z06 treating you?
Completely agree regarding MGW! It's one of my favorite Shelby mods. The Vette's stock shifter wasn't bad, but I knew an MGW would make it better. Only had time for a brief joy ride yesterday afternoon, but I was happy with with the day's work.
I really enjoy both cars... They're each the last of their respective breeds, sporting 3-pedals, front-engines, and (in the Shelby's case) a solid rear axle. Thanks to its lower weight, lower center of gravity, IRS, wider stance, and wider tires, the Vette accelerates and handles better, It's tech is newer and, therefore, more refined. The Shelby remains my preferred choice for raw power and classic muscle car styling. It's cheaper and easier to mod, and its "normal" hood makes it easier to work on. I probably won't see it in either car, but the Shelby has slightly higher top speed bragging rights. Notably, it also came with forged wheels from the factory.

Thanks, @Fletch F. Fletch! As you know, I have specific tastes/preferences in my cars. I got the GT500 where I want it. The C7Z is almost there.
