I've not purchased any fins, but will tell you that I've never been disappointed with ANY product I've purchased from ACS. Not the cheapest, but high quality
I purchased the less expensive EOS fins several months ago. I was not at all happy with the fitment (I am admittedly VERY picky). Sold them and bought the more expensive ACS fins. VERY happy with the fitment. In my case, I got what I paid for, both times.
I just installed my ACS rear diffuser fins this morning. First photos below. I’m very happy with the quality and finish, as unlike cheaper versions, ACS sells them pre-painted Carbon Flash to match the OEM rear diffuser. Most others are either flat black or hydro-dipped for the carbon fiber look. I think they finish off the rear end and look OEM. I also think GM should have done this at the factory for at least the ZR1.
Nothing to add in terms of instructions that aren't already fully explained by Forum member Horsepower Obsessed in his You Tube video below. I used it as an installation guide and he has an additional, excellent idea on how to further loosen the rear fascia to make it easier to reach up and underneath to secure the fins. However, I do highly suggest a small $$$ investment into your tool box by adding a 7mm swivel ratchet. It made it a lot easier tightening the bolts on the inside of the rear diffuser.
I bought the ACS in carbon flash. They look great! Only thing I can add after doing two cars with these, is to take the whole black back end of the car off and drill and install them. Soo much easier that way!
still unsure if I will go with the ACS or just spend more money and get the APR carbon rear
if I had a ZR1 or even a Z06 with the exposed carbon fiber Stage 3 Aero and other trim, I would have chosen the APR carbon fiber rear lower diffuser. However my C7Z has the Carbon Flash Stage 3 Aero, so I went with the ACS Carbon Flash fins.
I had planned on getting the ACS units since I was very happy with the mudguards. Unfortunately, a young lady on a cell phone decided to hit me at a stoplight so I replaced the rear fascia with the APR carbon fiber unit. I have the exposed carbon fiber sideskirts, front spoiler, roof and hood so it goes well with the existing parts. I would have been happy with the ACS parts.
Stay away from anything EOS! cheap chinese made plastic that doesnt fit at all. ACS has been top notch on everything ive bought from them, and the fins were no exception.

Alternative... 5 years ago I think I got these real CF fins from Katech, about $90.00 if I remember. Installed in minutes and never an issue. I track my car a lot and figure these might help channel the turbulent air from under the car some at high speeds for more down force. Many compliments of them over the years.

Hey these are pretty cool looking. With some black OEM bolts I might bite. Fitment was ok?
Damn, about $540 total for all 4. I wish they were paint carbon flash to match OEM.

Although not as pretty as the others in this thread another alternative is a rear undertray with fins attached.
Mine closes up the rear underside up to the cradle with notches for the control arms to move around.
