Ported heads question
I have a 15z. I’m doing a whipple build already have all the basic mods. Cordes 5” intake. NW 103 throttle body. Heat exchanger. Expansion talk.
flex fuel E85
Dual nozzle meth. 18% lower. Headers no cats.
low side fuel replacing with Crawford fueling triple pump. Katech Ported stock blower and ported about replacing with whipple 2900 with port injection.
im wanting to have my heads ported by katech also.
I've looked on their web site.
it has a ton of options in addition to the head porting.
port combustion chamber?
competition valve job and cylinder head deburr?
cylinder head deburr?
deck cylinder head?
hand blend valve job and bowl blending?
How much of this if any do I need to do or should I get in addition to the head porting?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not as much as you think. CNC porting yes, CHE guides, blended bowels, dump the two piece valves. Brian Tooley springs. Although there is some new technology with single conical springs that seem to work very well at controlling valve harmonics. Since you’re pulling the heads dump the DOD lifters. Should be good to go. I’m doing my heads this spring.

Also forgot to mention I also already have the weapon x stage 3 cam kit installed on car includes
LT4 PAC .660 lift dual spring kit,
PRC titanium retainers,
stock guide locators,
locks and Viton seals for stock rocker arms,
timing chain,
Cam phase limiter, DOD plugs, HPFP lashcap,
chromoly pushrods, rocker Trunioun kit,
and APR head studs.
and installing circle D triple disc torque converter
as it’s a A8.
