Default Comp seat conversion complete-love them!!

Just finished up the comp seat conversion on my 17 Z07 been wanting these for a long time had a shop build them up and put some suede inserts in. Also had them do my headliner in suede with diamond stitching. I could not be happier with the finish product.

$1900 for the Comp Kit $850 for the build and suede inserts and headliner.

GM wants $550 for a suede headliner crazy.

Does anyone know how much it would cost to buy the seats direct from GM? I’m sure it’s very expensive but curios to know.

Not available form GM you can only get the seat back and bottom kit. You cant get a fully build seat for purchase.

So your seat covers started out as all leather, and they swapped the center sections over to suede? That's cool.

Got pics of the headliner?

Yes that’s what I did. I was not going to wait months until GM decided to start shipping them again.

The headliner pic is not the completed product. It was a rough fit they sent me.

That's cool. I wish suede had been an option on the red seats. I may have to get in touch with these guys and see if they could convert mine over.

Seats look really great - they're the only thing I didn't get from my "wish list". The cost of being too cheap to buy new.

Your post also had me questioning my headliner because I realized that I have no idea what my headliner even looks like in my Z06, or for that matter, ANY of my cars. I guess they're probably not particularly fancy...

Very nice, anyone who does not prefer them over the boring seats is just angry they do not have them.

Looks good. Maybe I'll do mine as well. That was one option I didn't get when ordering my Z06. Not really because of price but just wasn't sold on them too much after trying them both. But they have grown on me a little more as time goes on.

When I was looking to buy a Z06 I could not find one with Comp seats its was frustrating being I didn't want to order a car and wait, so I settled for the GT seats.
It all worked out over time. I had a shop do the build so it would come out professional. If tried to do it I am sure I would have screwed something up.

Comp seats were my number one have to have when I ordered my car. If I would have ran into budget issues I would have dumped the 2LZ package before the seats.

5 years and 17000 miles later I love them just as much as day one
