Front camera protection

I ordered a PPF sample kit from eBay which will be more than enough to do the job. Just thought I would share as I know more and more people are getting camera damages. I looked at mine and they already have some pitting, but nothing major yet.

Need to have a vendor produce glass add on protection like for cell phone cameras.

That’s not a bad idea. Maybe just buy one of the iPhone shields, patiently cut it to size with an X-acto knife and stick it on.

Similarly, I put a small dab of clear silicone on the cup holder insert piece and have never had a problem since with coffee cups or soft drink cups etc...
