Called all three of the major dealerships in my state.
2 straight up told me you can't adjust caster even after providing them with the gm info. The 3rd said they could do it if I bought the gm tool for 900$ (Not a chance) Well after some looking there are a few options:
steel gm tool 300$
aluminum tool (non magnetic big concern to my alignment guy) 200$

I decided to come up with my own solution. After paying to have these drawn up and to have some 3D printed. Still cheaper than 900$. I'm going to be offering them for sale. Only thing you will need to provide your self if an angle gauge. I use the wixey type 2 off amazon after talking to their owner. He assured me the type 2 is more accurate and better design than the type 1
