I wouldn't touch a car like this from some sketchy corner lot used car place that recently reorganized it's structure
ESPECIALLY if you are far away, it's one thing if it's 5 minutes from your place
You'll fly out there and have some wild card come out of nowhere and then be screwed

Buy here/Pay here places make me suspicious. The pictures were definitely not taken at this location since the number of garage bays in the pictures don't match what this building has.

If you want a bargain often times there are some risk involved, otherwise it wouldn't be priced as a bargain.
What I have done is, pay a friend or relative that is near by to go there and check the car out. Even drive it if possible and report back.
If you don't have a friend or relative near by, tell the seller you will pay him a couple of hundred bucks to take the car to a near by Chevy dealer that sells a good many Vette's and have the car "inspected for sale". Then provide you the inspection results, the Dealership and service managers name.
Or you can pay an appraiser in the local area to go by and appraise the car then send you a report if the seller will allow it. This is more expensive but it shouldn't be more than a few hundred bucks.
This line of request from you alone will tell you a good deal about the sellers character and if he is well intention-ed.
In the past I have had good results with this method or some modified form of it.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Good luck
