So I am getting my C7Z polished, clear bra and ceramic coated over the next 2 weeks. Once I get it back I am going to look into the next round of mods that I want to have done by the end of summer. The car is a 19 C7Z A8. As for now I have a Halltech CAI on it, Mamo V2 PTB and the AWE catless x-pipe. Car went from 566rwhp bone stock to 594rwhp with the current mods. Originally I was going to go the ARH 2" catless headers route which was the same as my previous car, but now I am putting that idea on the shelf til I decide to do a 2650 down the road.
So the plan for now is a DSX Tuning E85 kit, a griptech upper pulley. Get a solid tune in the car for 93 octane and then work on the E85 tune. Hoping to end up around the 650rwhp range with those mods.
So my questions is thoughts on swapping out the Halltech CAI for the Cordes 5" since I am going to tune the car? Also what Wideband O2 setups have people been running? I saw the P3 gauge that replaces the left side vent and that it can be setup with a WBO2. On my previous car I used a ZZP Performance dual gauge pod and ran the AEM CANBUS WBO2. Whats the go to setup for the C7 cars?
I did pretty much the exact same thing you did while modding my Z. I would recommend doing the headers instead of just the x-pipe and also going straight to the 5” intake. Reason being those two mods really change how the car runs for the better. Before headers even with catless or high flow cats my car didnt keep pulling to the red line. After the headers it did. I like the fact you aren’t looking at a pulley yet, i did a pulley first then e85. That was a mistake & it forced me to blend my fuel at the pump. Hands down with headers, 5”, flex fuel tune i may not have went further with my mods.

The car already has the Halltech CAI, Mamo V2 PTB and the AWE catless x-pipe on it.
My previous car was a 17 Camaro SS 1LE with a Procharger D1SC, full exhaust with ARH catless headers and AWE catback and the full LT4 fuel system. The car put down 650rwhp, I sold it to buy the Z06. At this time I am not really interested in doing the headers, even on the factory NPP ARH catless headers are insanely loud. As far as E85 and a upper pulley goes, I dont mind blending E85. I built a spreadsheet to calculate what the blended ratio is as long as I know what the current E85 ratio is and how many gallons it takes to fill the tank up. It makes blending E85 a breeze and super accurate.
The only reason I am considering swapping over to the Cordes 5" CAI is at the time I wasnt planning on tuning the car, but even now with the mods the A/F is off a decent amount and the fuel trims are all over the place with the current mods. So I might as well change out to the 5" CAI, upper pulley, E85 and then dial in the gas tune and then dial in the E85 tune. Hoping to be able to pick up at least 50rwhp and get near the 650rwhp range. At this time I am only tuning the ECM due to the cost and hassle of what it takes to tune the TCM.

I can confirm this without any hesitation. When I went to the NCM Motorsports Park they have a 103db limit. I hit em at 118db going by the crows nest. I'm no longer allowed to run the car there. Lol
Mine are Kooks, but isn't much different as far as sound goes.

Lol, dont get me wrong. They sound freaking amazing, it was pure music with the AWE axleback system. This was the 1st time I ever had neighbors tell me they was glad a I sold a car and replaced it...lol
One of my loves was while going into work and to drive under the highway, I would roll into 1st or 2nd and just roll into the throttle. The way those catless headers resonated under the highway was insane. Seems the people living under the bridge didnt appreciate it was much as I did.

I have been running the Innovate Motorsports DLG-1 for a few years and like it a lot.
Its nice that you can display AFR in Lambda with flex fuel setups. There is no setting for alcohol (just gas, diesel, etc.) so I just leave it on lambda so I don't have to convert AFR in my head when I glance at it. DLG-1 Dual Lambda Gauge (innovatemotorsports.com)

Here is mine:
What gauges are those that are on the bottom left and right in your dash cluster?
Thanks for the info, the shop that is doing the tuning is going to make a plate and put a AEM WBO2 in the cubby behind the radio screen and then route the CANBUS cable over to the OBD2 port. This will work for my needs for now.
I did the exact same mods minus the PTB but I started with 2" LTs vs just the X-pipe: 5" CAI, flexfuel, 2.3 upper, kooks 2" LTs (catless). I also added a CPR expansion tank and temps stay under 200 most of the time even with the upper pulley. If I had to do it over again, I would agree with BigJay08 though. The E85 is such an inexpensive mod, even with the tune, it's the best bang for the buck mod on these cars that you may want to just start there. If you want to run 93 by itself sometimes though I can see putting the pulley on there so you aren't so far down on power without E. You should be able to get at least E50 on the 19 Z with the pulley which makes mixing easier too and gives 99% of the benefits of E85 anyway.
