Quick Question - I had my car tuned, but I now need to disconnect the battery for a short duration. Will that affect the tune I had done? Reason I ask, installing a ported SC. Planning on having the tune checked, but will it need to be totally redone? Thanks.

Pretty sure you would not lose the tune. The computer would need to be reflashed to lose/change the tune. Otherwise disconnecting the battery would wipe out the stock tune too then, no?
You won't lose the tune, it is permanently flashed so it replaces the OEM tune. To go back to OEM you have to have it re-flashed back. You should have the tune adjusted after the ported blower anyway though, the A/F and boost numbers will likely change. Especially if you are porting the blower and moving to a 95mm or 103mm TB at the same time.

No worries with loosing the tune if you disconnect the battery. Although my C7 is not tuned, my Camaro SS and F150 are tuned and disconnecting the battery has never caused an issue.

Technically long term fuel trims, short term are always changing and not "stored" like the LTFT's. The long term trims are an average of the short-term.
