Default Disappointing on Dyno numbers

I had my 2016 C7 Z06 "dynoed" recently and had some very disappointing numbers. The technician said that there was a lot of slippage on the rollers. My rear tires and fairly worn out and nearing the end of their useful life. Could the worn tires be a factor in the low dyno numbers ???

If the tires were slipping it would certainly result in lower numbers

Unless you've had your CAC circuit properly bleed, the way it came from the factory was likely full of more air than it optimally should have. When there is air in there your CAC pump can cavitate, sending signals to your ECU to pull timing. Mine pulled 5 degrees on my baseline pull. You don't get any lights or any indication that this is happening.

Slippage will really ruin the numbers. Would not trust dyno numbers. I normally do hp tuner scans with my dyno to read what my cars are doing during the dyno runs. If your car has a PDR, it can help tell you some things about the conditions too.

I can see where it slipped on the hit, but otherwise the peak numbers are SAE corrected and inline with what other stock Z06's make. (assuming your car is stock)
My car made 530rwhp and 540rwtq stock as well which is only +6hp and +3tq over what you have.

This seems normal to me.

Don't see any slip in that graph (where it counts), those numbers look about normal?

Looks pretty normal, especially if you have an A8. The correction factor info isn't on the graph so that can also affect the end results. I think it's odd that you are having tire slippage issues with a stock Z06 on the dyno but you could always go back when you put new tires back there.

Numbers look pretty normal to me, it's what I would expect to see on a dynojet here in AZ on 91 oct.

It's plotted over time for some reason, not RPM.

Don't get too bummed about dyno numbers. There are many different factors that come with a good pull. The dyno operator can influence those numbers if they choose to do so. DA is certainly a factor. Engine temps and cool down procedure and time can play a big part as well. When I had my 19 ZR1 on the track at Daytona the event had a dyno number challenge going on and I got called straight off the track. Car wasn't over heated, but still quite hot. It would only show 505 hp and right at 509 ft lbs. And that was the best of 3 pulls. Now this car has run a 10.23 @ 136 mph in pure stock trim. That was in great DA and I'm sure if it had been put on the dyno that day it would have been drastically better. There's no way a 19 ZR1 could run anywhere near those times at only 505 hp. I've seen some guys pack the entire top of the engine with ice to get better numbers that they would have otherwise. And really a dyno is best used for before and after mods done as long as the conditions are the same. You may have heard that the Mustang dynos are pretty stingy with good numbers as well. Some guys use different gears to get their numbers as that can be of benefit as well.
