I have a 2016 Z06 and am considering a Cold Air Intake.
Any recommendations?
Is it worth it?

almost all factory intakes at this point are cold air anyway, they don't just pull hot engine compartment air like back in the day

so no it won't really do anything

I have the K&N with the carbon fiber intake elbow on my ZO6.
The good stuff: Looks great and supercharger whine is a bit louder, nothing crazy like a hellcat or anything. Was easy to install, and good quality. Did slightly improve the throttle lag off idle, no need for a tune, no codes.
The bad stuff: No really noticeable difference in performance at the track, open element design appears to be starting to pull some of the material off of the hood liner. The liner is perfect everywhere except above the open cold air box. It looks like its sucking so much air that its pulling the fibers loose on the hood insulation. Nothing major, just a little scruffy in that area where the box seals against the underside of the hood. it was $850 so I was hoping for more bang for the buck. K&N claims 40 hp, but I'm not sure what rpm range they are seeing this as the dyno graph isn't very clear. Car ran 11.1 to 11.2 at the track (stock) before the K&N and I'm still getting the same times but trap speed is up maybe 2 mph at best.
Overall its a nice fit up and good looking piece, but just don't expect an intake to change the world. perhaps with a tune and exhaust, it might show better gains. I have about 1500 miles on the car since install.
hope this helps.

GM CAI says 11hp for Z06. I couldn’t tell you if that were true just from driving but I can say that throttle response is slightly improved and it’s not a bad looking piece. Worth $500? How can you put a price tag on happiness 😁

GM Performance. Best consistency if you're not going to tune. 99% as good as any others if you are going to tune.

I installed the GM 6.2L CAI System, (#84689752).

I also installed a Soler TB about the same time.

I have a Halltech CAI, Had Corvette Center do a quick tune after the install and got 622 at the wheels. I'm a believer.

You didn't say what it was before the intake on that same dyno?

On a stock car without a tune, not much.
