I was with a friend in Mexico and after a hard pull on the highway starting about 60 to around 156 mph and I heard what sounded like a backfire out of the exhaust with a slight loss in power. I slowed down and noticed the check engine light was now on not blinking but just on. I won’t be able to take it into the shop for a few days to get checked out, anyone have a similar experience? I have a 2017 Z06 with Corsa Xtreme cat back, x pipe, ported TB and CAI, tuned after all installed. This was the first time I’ve pushed the car this far and this happened. Any thoughts on what happened before I get it into the shop for a check would be appreciated. TIA
Just my guess: Low side pump prob couldn't keep the high side primed for the whole pull, high side pressure started to fall off, triggered the code when high side dropped low enough.
