hey guys I have a quick video to show you my exact problem with the car, I traded in my c6 2 weeks ago for a 2015 c7 z06 and so far its been a pain in my ***, 1 cracked rim on the drive home and now my ac isn't working.
Hard to tell, but based on your video I would say that control panel is faulty.
The features you are missing are all controlled by internal circuitry within that panel.
Verify the lone connector going to that panel is fully seated. If it is, chances are its the control panel itself.
There could be damaged wires to the connector down stream somewhere but that is unlikely. However those wires will eventually need to be checked if the panel or nothing else becomes obvious.

Thank you
thank you for the reply, I was thinking the same thing g sense my problem seems to be alittle different from people who have the actuator door problem, I’m hoping this will cost less than that ridiculous repair.
Correct that is not a blend door problem.
The passenger control panel and seat heaters are in-operational.
They all only meet in one place. They are all controlled from within the main center control panel.
