Electrical issue? Bad alternator?

Electrical issue? Bad alternator?
Hi all, looking for some help or insight
Started the car the other day and all the warning lights came on…. Rear axle system off, check engine light, traction control, rear camera fault, stabilitrak, all gauges are dancing around and flashing and you can even hear the exhaust valves frantically opening and closing. The parking brake is even tripping out and won’t engage properly.
im assuming I’m running into some electrical bug? I replaced the battery but the issue hasn’t gone away. Maybe the alternator or something isn’t grounded or shorting out?
