Can the TPMS be replaced by having a tire dealer push the tire bead down from where it seals on the wheel?
This is with Michelin run flat tires, or do you have to take the tire off the wheel.
It can be done. The Michelin ZP tires only have a reinforced sidewall on the inside. The outside sidewall is flexible like a non ZP tire, however, with the short sidewall, it could still be difficult for some tire guys to get their hands in to change the sensor.

I have worked in a tire shop, even before ZP tires it was a chore to try to push the tire down and fish the TPMS sensor out. The ZP make it harder for sure, granted some of the newer COATS tire machines have the press adapter on them to push the tire down to help.
Personally I just remove the tire to do it right, then mount and rebalance the assembly.
