I am looking for a little help from any tuners. I have a 2016 Z06 A8 with a Maggie 2.3, Mamo ported TB, AFE intake, ARH 2" headers, catted X-pipe, and a Corsa axle back, car makes 686/667. The issue I am experiencing is that the trans doesn't shift from 3rd to 4th at WOT and seems to hit the rev limiter. I am not sure if it does the same in 1st and 2nd since in those gears WOT just blows the tires. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Please no get a manual comments, I am unable to drive a manual anymore.

You might want to contact Alex Pietz at Pietz Performance Tunes. He tuned my new engine combo and also " tuned " the trans. It shifts really good now. He's in Texas but can work remotely.

Did you change wheel size? That can affect shifting points. I did need my tuner to go over my tune once before when the car was hitting the rev limiter on the 4-5 upshift. Could just be a mistake they made. If you bought the car how it is then you'll need to find a tuner a to work on your transmission.

I have aftermarket wheels, but they are stock size. I bought the car stock and had the mods done. So if you had the tuner look at your tune, did they have the shift point wrong and you were hitting the rev limiter? I had the trans tuned when the car was tuned, so I contacted the tuner and he put the stock trans tune back in the car. I haven't had an opportunity to get it up to speed at WOT yet so I am not sure if that "resolved" the issue, but figured I would get some info ahead of time just in case. Also do any of you know at what speed your A8 shifts from 3rd to 4th?

Yea it was wrong and the car hit the limiter temporarily before switching to the next gear. I don't know when it shifts from 3rd to 4th. My car no longer has stock shift points and shifts at 7100 rpm. I believe my car shifts somewhere around 105-115mph.
