Looks like all of them are about the same on retail lots to me on the internet, have seen some private party sales on various sites lowering their prices a bit, Facebook Marketplace and others lowering their price a little but not a whole lot. Last of the front engine cars and last of the manual transmission cars, either way whether it is A8 or manual, don't see the bottom falling out for a while if ever.
Local dealer called me a couple weeks ago and offered me $78k over the phone. Said they did an appraisal on it when I had it in for an oil change. 2018 1LZ A8 11k miles. Wife promptly told them no.

Why? You didn't think that was a fair price or you werent interested in selling.

****, that’s more than I paid for it so to me it’s a hell of a deal, but if I was to sell it I wouldn’t have a corvette, and I want a corvette not money.
I sometimes think of selling my ‘19 Z06 7 spd coupe, 2LZ. Then today I read several articles claiming both Chrysler and GM are about a year away from eliminating all V8’s.
If they really do that, it’s a dam shame.
But manual shift Z’s will go even higher, then.

wow thats pretty bold move for the dealer.
"random appraisals" during an oil change to try to get you to sell your vette in order for them to try to make some money.
they could of just called you and said if you plan to trade in or sell your vehicle in the next month or so to contact them first please.
It seems that I could probably sell my low milage Z07 M7 Vert for about 10K more than I paid for it! Seems like some people don’t want these cars to increase in price, I don’t get that! Should have purchased one when the price was right!
I’ve also had the dealer I purchased it from bugging the hell out of me about selling it back to them as they know I’ve only put about 200 miles on it since I purchased it a few years ago.
