Default Drop spindles

I'm back and forth about going drop spindles and haven't seen the question I want to know asked.

Does dropping all the way on stock bolts with lg drop spindles keep you in working range for full shock travel? And if so why is that?

From my understanding of research countless threads that when you lower on the bolts it reduces the available shock travel. My car is a 19 z06 non z07 with 295 30 19 in front 345 30 19 in rear.

Thank you!

A little confusing what exactly you are asking, but....

- Lowering on the bolts will limit shock travel
- Drop spindles will retain full travel

You could also have drop spindles and lowering on the bolts, which would also reduce travel

Spindles lower the car by relocating where the wheel bearing sits in the spindle, which is how you shock travel doesn't change.

Thanks for the reply, that makes sense. I was looking through the posts saying drop spindles were the correct way then proceed to drop it all the way on bolts as well.
