P0700 is an Informational DTC. It just tells the mechanic the ECM has a code that tells it there is an emissions-related code in the TCM. There are several emissions-related TCM codes and your scanner should have listed those along with the P0700 since P0700 wouldn't exist without the TCM codes being active.
With P0700 being active in the ECM you should see one or more of the following codes (highlighted with blue marks) in the TCM:

Well i recNned last night and that code doesnt show up anymore.
it goes into drive reverse and park but doesnt drive. Was hoping some code was thrown and somethjng majornisnt broken. Whats next
The bottom line, 0700 means the brains in your tranny detected something not functioning properly. Anything is possible...i.e. limp mode, or in your case, no mode, as the tranny attempts to protect itself until it is repaired.
The code is likely still there. Initially a code is logged in temporary memory until it repeats. It then turns on the warning light and registers in the permanent memory. Most cheap readers only read the permanent codes, not the temporary. Better readers will read both memories. You have cleared the permanent memory, but, like I said, the code is likely still logged in temp and will recur to a warning and code after a few attempts to drive the car.
Other than checking for loose connectors and fluid level, repair will not be novice level...sorry...
Was told push it in drive and if it keeps going trans is messed. But it stops like normal and i hear it clicking to stop. So does that mean its ok... Reading on hptuner. Would a hard shift/pull cause it to go into this mode. It was just recently built. So i could have some kinks unknown.. is there anything in a tune that could cause this safety
If it's a fresh rebuild...take it back to them to take care of.
In answer to your question, "no", your spirited driving did not cause it, if the tranny were assembled properly to begin with. My bet is they screwed something up.
