Climate control problem
Mine is a 2016 Z06 3LZ convertible, but I'm sure it is the same for all C7s. My climate control buttons do not redirect the air. Air only comes out of the AC vents on the dash. I cannot direct it to the windshield with the defrost button, I cannot direct it to my feet with the foot button. I do have a limited warranty but I don't yet know if it will cover the reair. Any thoughts?

Since it envolves multiple air valves, it sounds like a control module problem. I would start by a check of all the fuses. Then, before getting to deep, I might try a reset by removing the battery leads momentarily, and finally, ensure you have a good, fully charged battery.

My car has been at Jimmy Vasser Chevrolet for almost a month now. It's not their fault. They have had to wait for parts. The first ordered were a cam and actuator for directional flow. They then found the blend door needed to be replaced. They just received it 2/15/24. They have to remove the supercharger to come out to access the HVAC control module mounting bolts. They are keeping me informed, but I miss my car. Most will be covered under warrany thankfully.

Any resolution on this? I have the EXACT same problem you reported (air only coming from dash vents & can't redirect elsewhere), and my dealership quoted me $1,600 in labor just to get down to the actuator motor/R&R it... EVEN MORE to get the cam out/R&R.
