C.e.l p06dd

Hey guys, I was wondering if anybody experience this check engine light code plus the reduced engine power mode. Oil pressure idle is around 35 psi, I’m bringing it to the dealer this week but just want to know if anyone had this problem.

With 35 psi at idle, the oil pressure control solenoid is definitely stuck off. (Assuming hot oil.) Changing it is a major undertaking. Good luck.

just drove it to the dealership for a diagnostic, now that the oil was hot it was idling at 28 psi. Cursing at 2k was around 35-38 psi.
you still think it’s stuck? I’m scared it’s going to be expensive, I’m out of warranty🥲

The dealer will be to activate and deactivate the solenoid with their scan tool software (GDS2) while monitoring the oil pressure. That will give you a definitive answer.
