Well, driveline vibration is high frequency and won't go away, so I would think you are looking at wheels and/or tires.
If more than one wheel is a bit out of balance (or warped wheels), then the vibration can go in and out of synch between the 2 wheels. I would have them re-balanced at a decent tire shop. While the car is up, spin each wheel while closely watching the edge of the rims. You will be able to see a bent wheel, as the rim will wobble. If you are still running OEM's, this is the likely cause of your vibration. If the wheels are straight and true, then have them do the balance.
